The staff were nice.
The waiting time needs to be quicker.

Nurses and HCA - very good.
Getting past receptionist with requests - not good experience, despite explaining requests and advice from hospital consultants.
Some of older reception staff (past experience Gp) helpful - after numerous telephone and visits to surgery to sort problem out.
When hospitals or consultants give verbal request on discharge to pt - seems difficult to relay this to reception staff. If it is not writtem in discharge letter they are unhelpful.
Not happy that they can read pt's notes at desk.

Dr Kinghan listened and checked I was okay with plan also he checked with a colleague which I liked.
